Quite: VAT number help
Customers using our online store who are in an EU country must now give a VAT number to buy. No VAT will be charged for the EU. Customers in the UK will always be charged VAT.In the EU we can now only sell to businesses with VAT numbers. If you do not have a VAT number, please contact a reseller.
Format of VAT numbers
Each EU country has its own format of VAT numbers, but the number you give us must start with the two letter code. This is followed by digits or letters.The country codes at the time of writing are: AT-Austria BE-Belgium BG-Bulgaria CY-Cyprus CZ-Czechia DE-Germany DK-Denmark EE-Estonia EL-Greece ES-Spain FI-Finland FR-France HR-Croatia HU-Hungary IE-Ireland IT-Italy LT-Lithuania LU-Luxembourg LV-Latvia MT-Malta NL-The Netherlands PL-Poland PT-Portugal RO-Romania SE-Sweden SI-Slovenia SK-Slovakia
"Numbers" for AT, CY, ES, FR, IE and NL may also have extra letters.
